Administration has been fundamental for the evolution of companies and organizations, it has taught us that teamwork gives better results and has become a measure of the needs of society, to obtain better results in large or small companies. The administrative process has 4 stages: Planning, organization, direction and control Management is responsible for channeling the efforts of both administrators and employees.
