Three reviewers, I am inclined towards the computational aspect of innovation. The opinions of two reviewers are quite fair, but the other reviewer may have a more biological inclination, and the questions they raised are not something I can modify algorithmically or experimentally. If you lean more towards computation, I suggest trying computational journals like BIB, TCBB, etc.
