There are some big shots in the group that I am familiar with, but this paper is one that I wrote in my spare time about MARL (Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning), and everyone in the group is focused on communication and computer networks. Who said it was easy? There were a total of 10 reviewers, it seems there are too many in my field. 7 positive opinions, 1 neutral, 2 negative opinions, and the editor rejected it. Among the 10 reviewers, 5 of them are experts. I actually knew the issues mentioned in the 2 negative opinions, but I was too lazy to make improvements and submitted it again, hoping for some luck. However, it turned out to be bad luck. But these 10 reviewers are quite dedicated, it only took three months for all 10 of them to review, which is fast and not too much of a delay.
