5.4 Rejected by other magazines, suggested to submit to this one. Agreed to submit, first review comments on 5.24, return for revisions in early June, accepted on 6.28. Overall, it's pretty good, with a low publication volume of around 200. The only problem is that the page fee is too expensive, a common issue in the BMC series!

The first review takes 3 months, and after Xiao Xiu returns, it takes 5 months. The editor then needs to revise the format and language. This magazine is too slow. It takes 10 months from submission to acceptance.
