The submission system does not have a definite key. It says "under review" but when you click on it, it shows "pending". It has been almost half a month already. Is this normal?

The review speed of this magazine is too slow, and they don't reply to emails during the process. It has been 6 months, and the status remains the same as before submission. They also don't respond to withdrawal requests. I suggest not submitting to them.
