Just started submitting to AM and it hasn't been reviewed for a month. Then submitted to NANO Letters, two minor revisions and one rejection from the editor.
Submitted to small on April 8, 2021. All three reviewers gave VIP acceptance, editor requested minor revisions on May 1, 2021. Received reviewer comments on May 8, 2021. Accepted on my birthday, May 19.
Took a total of 40 days. The editor was very nice.

It's really speechless. I submitted the article on April 28th, and received feedback for major revisions on June 13th. I made the revisions seriously according to the opinions of two reviewers. I uploaded it on July 14th and waited until October 8th. Reviewer 1 approved it, but then another reviewer, Reviewer 3, was added and the article had to be rewritten completely. Various experiments were added, and the responses for the two major revisions amounted to 60 pages. We waited until December 23rd when suddenly the editor rejected it, stating that Reviewer 3 disagreed. We reviewed Reviewer 3's comments and found no substantial content, so we decided to argue against it. However, in January, the editorial department informed us that the editor in charge of my article had left the company in December. After discussing, they still decided to reject the article. It's really unbelievable. After more than 8 months and over 60 pages of responses, it all went to waste. I don't know if this is too responsible or irresponsible.
