Official website instructions: 5 weeks for the initial review, 8 weeks for a decision. However, the actual review process is extremely slow. It has been 4 months and the first review has not been completed, despite multiple reminders. In the end, I had to withdraw my submission myself. The editor claimed they had too many manuscripts and even good articles couldn't be accepted, so they rejected it outright. This was a very unpleasant submission experience. I personally recommend being cautious when submitting articles.
