Due to the high number of submissions and the limited number of Editors and Reviewers in this field, the APNUM journal is limiting the number of submissions to 5 per month. Please note that your paper may be rejected without review due to this new restriction.
Does this mean there are significant issues with the content of my paper? I would appreciate your guidance!

I submitted two articles again in October and around early November, and I also conducted plagiarism checks and made revisions before submitting. However, the result was that the editor rejected my submission within three days, citing similarities with articles I had submitted earlier this year. I don't understand whether it was due to the similarity in topics or the similarity in the repetition rate. Nevertheless, the response was quite fast.
