The reviewers provided over 100 suggestions, and the editors also gave suggestions regarding the structure and content. The manuscript was approved after major revisions by the reviewers, but the responsible editor asked me to revise it three more times. This greatly improved the structure of the article and was done in the best interest of the readers. Each review process was quick, but the delay was in the decision-making process because two or even three editors had to take turns making the final decision.
