I am very speechless about this journal. I submitted it on April 10th, got a "with editor" status on May 5th, and then began the long wait of three months. It was always "with editor" and despite sending several emails, there was no reply. It wasn't until July 29th that the status changed to "decision in process." As expected, after two days, it was rejected! However, what's infuriating is that the reason for rejection was that the article's content did not match the journal, and it even looked like a system-generated email. So, did the editor not even read it for nearly three months? Couldn't they have rejected it earlier with this reason? I am very speechless about the editors of this journal! Indeed, it is very slow. The first review took five months to come back for major revisions. The second review took another two months, and each time they gave only a little over ten days for revisions. In the end, it took less than eight months to publish. If you urgently need to graduate with your article, I suggest not submitting to this journal.

This journal is indeed problematic. I submitted it on May 31, 2022. Recently, the system reminded me, and within a year, two reviewers accepted it but only one provided feedback. The system reminded me again that the second reviewer's deadline is in the first week of June. This journal should provide a review period of five months to reviewers. It's really disgusting when reviewers accept the review but don't submit their feedback in a timely manner.
