May I ask about the current result? Has it been sent for external review directly after being under review?

I also want to ask, what is your current status? I submitted my article and it has been under review for about two weeks, then it changed to under review for another two weeks, and later it changed to awaiting recommendation. After two days, it changed to Evaluating Recommendation. May I ask if this means it has come back from external review or it has not been sent for external review yet?
