Submitted on December 5, 21.
Sent an email to urge in the middle, but it didn't seem to be of any use.
Returned with Minor Revision on June 15, 22, and submitted the revised version on June 30, 22.
Returned with Minor Revision again on December 20, 22, and submitted the revised version on January 2, 23.
Accepted on January 7, 23.
Published on March 15, 23.

The Minor Revisions were all trivial issues, quite trivial.
However, the quality of articles in this journal is indeed poor. Even conference papers can be submitted with just a few modifications. So, when I didn't hear anything for over a month after the first submission, I just ignored it.
During the submission period, I also had two other articles accepted. When I received the second round of minor revision suggestions, I almost didn't recognize this article.
