Posted on November 27th, 20, three days later with editor, 20 days later under review, minor revisions expected within approximately 30 days of review, feedback returned one week later, accepted on February 11th, 21. It took about two and a half months, slightly faster than anticipated.

Submitted in December 2018, followed up twice in between, received revision comments in June 2019 (from two reviewers, with seven suggestions), and returned the review comments the same month. Online in September 2019. The process was indeed quite convoluted, so stay calm.
