For example, this journal requires at least three reviewers to provide feedback, but if two reviewers decline, the editor will invite a new reviewer. This situation is quite unlucky. However, NN should have a minimum of two reviewers, so the probability of inviting a new reviewer is low.

This journal is fast. The official website says an average of 9.7 weeks, and I received the first review result in 10 weeks. There were 4 reviewers, and their comments were quite positive. The editor gave me revisions, mainly focusing on improving the language and introduction section. I went back to work on it a few days ago.
