This magazine is disgusting. It was submitted on October 3, 2022, and received revisions and rejection on November 3. The revised manuscript was resubmitted on November 30. On December 8, the reviewer accepted one revision and requested minor changes. The person who rejected the manuscript also rejected it again and raised some additional questions on December 20. The review process continued until February 3, 2023, when it was ultimately rejected. After reading the comments, the acceptance of the minor revisions was agreed upon, but since the person who initially rejected the manuscript could not be found, someone from the editorial board was appointed as the fourth reviewer, who also rejected it. It's unbelievable and confusing. I will never submit to this magazine again. It's too disgusting.

In addition, when I first started submitting, I noticed that everyone was asking whether it was double-blind. The first time I submitted, I did not use double-blind, but later when I received major revisions, the editor sent an email informing me that I needed to submit 4 files: one of which is a completely anonymous PDF with modification marks (mandatory, only for review), and the second is a non-anonymous Word document without modification marks. Therefore, it should be a double-blind submission.

With an impact factor of 3.87 and a self-citation rate of 7.2%, it has dropped to the second quartile of Journal Citation Reports, which is quite regrettable.
