I can clearly feel that the requirements of this journal for the year 2022 have increased. There is another journal called "Physics in Medicine and Biology" at a similar level, but it is much easier in terms of difficulty compared to this one. American journals are still much more difficult than those in Europe, so everyone should be cautious when submitting manuscripts.
