I received reviewer comments one month after submission, with one reviewer agreeing and another disagreeing. After making the necessary revisions, my article was still rejected, as decided by the editor.

In mid-July 2022, the submission system did not indicate ACCEPT and there was no response on the progress of the article, but a payment link appeared directly, so I paid the publication fee;
