I highly do not recommend submitting to this journal. It is too slow. I can understand that expert reviews may take two months, but it is too slow for the editors to process a manuscript for 10 days. After waiting for over two months, they only give a "Transfer Pending" decision, which is even worse than rejecting the submission right after I submitted it. At least that way, it wouldn't waste my time.

It took a month from "decision in process" to acceptance. I thought maybe the reviewers had conflicting opinions, which made the editor hesitate. However, both reviewers in the email said there were no issues, so I'm not sure why it took so long. Maybe the editor was just busy, haha.

To sum up, the journal's speed is actually not slow. The single "under review" process takes about four months, which is considered average. Normally, with one major revision, it should take around 10-11 months. However, the processes of "with editor" and "decision in process" are a bit slow, each taking one or two months. So, in the end, it took me 13 months and 7 days to get accepted after one major revision. Overall, the speed is a bit slow.

Lastly, thank you to the person above for the support. Indeed, it was not rejected. I don't know if you have submitted as well, but I wish you good luck and hope you get accepted soon.

Personally, I feel that the process was slightly slow, but the difficulty of the journal should not be particularly high.
