The second review is even slower than the first review, with the second review taking 3 months and the first review taking 2 months. It is possible that the second review falls during the New Year period. The second review will be accepted directly upon return.

A few days ago, the review was released with few comments from three reviewers. The required review process lasted for about a month, maybe a few more days. The main reason is probably that the editor felt that there were too few comments from the first two reviewers, so there were hardly any changes required. The status date of the "required review completed" was updated on October 13, and I believe that was when the feedback from the third reviewer was received.
