Submitted on September 2, 2020.
Rejected and resubmitted on September 26, 2020. Received nearly 40 comments from 5 reviewers.
Revised in the early morning of January 28, 2021. Accepted 4 hours later and received the copyright agreement on the same afternoon.
Professor David Butcher was in charge of my manuscript. I requested a one-month extension, and he replied on the same day. After resubmission, the editor changed to Professor Lura Embrick. I planned to patiently wait for the result, but I received an acceptance email when I woke up.
