Online on November 24, 2022.
The review process took about half a month after submission, and the review period was about a month. There were two experts, one agreed to accept the revisions directly, and the other requested further review after the revisions were made. The questions raised were mainly about supplementary material information. No issues were raised regarding the logical structure and language of the article. After revising, it took about a week to resubmit and about a month to receive acceptance. Overall, it was quite fast.

The first time I submitted to this journal, the process of sharing experiences with others was faster than I had imagined. It took less than 2.5 months from submission to acceptance. I submitted on February 28, 2022, received reviewer comments on April 28, 2022, returned the revised version on May 2, 2022, and received acceptance on May 11, 2022. There were some issues with the attachment format when I initially submitted, so it took two or three attempts before it was successfully submitted. The editor was very helpful and patient. I wish the journal continued to improve.

A bit surprised, both reviewers provided comments, and surprisingly one of the reviewer's comments were all targeted towards my manuscript, causing a misunderstanding. The other reviewer also failed to understand the application field A of my composite material and kept saying that the material performance is not good enough to meet application B. They even suggested that there might be a curing agent (an additive only present in application field B) in my product, claiming that I lacked discussion on gel concentration. The reviewers are unprofessional and did not provide any valuable suggestions.
