The manuscript has been accepted. Let me share my submission experience with everyone. The process was not fast, but still went smoothly. I submitted on May 8th, and it went under review on the same day (probably technical review). On May 12th, it went to the editor. On May 23rd, it went under review again (probably for external review). There were two changes in the under review dates during this period. On July 2nd, required reviews were complete. On July 18th, it went under review again. On August 1st, there was a minor revision (adding an original compound structure and mentioning the need to redo the nuclear magnetic resonance due to impure substrate). On August 20th, it was revised. Finally, on August 25th, it was accepted! It was edited by a Japanese editor. I feel that the difficulty of submission is not high, as long as there is an innovative point and the writing is serious, it will be sent for review.
