Submitted an article, already revised four times and waiting for the results. This journal is very rigorous and has published in PNAS, NC, PLOS Genetics, etc. Currently, the most strict ones are Journal of Neurochemistry and BMC Biology, especially Journal of Neurochemistry. They require providing various raw data and leave no details described in the article unedited. Although the impact factor is not high, it is an established journal with high influence and reputation.
