Personal summary submission without invitation.
Submitted on August 25th, revised on September 21st (major revision, given six months), received positive feedback on the comments. Added some viewpoints and corrected language errors. Took 4 weeks to receive a response, accepted on November 1st.
Personally, both the reviewers and editors were very good, and their comments were fair.
During the submission period, due to my own carelessness, there were two issues. I had to contact the editorial department via email, and they resolved them very well. I did not feel any discrimination or bias. I would recommend it to others.

May I ask if the Publication Charge Form accompanying the proofreading needs to be filled out and sent back together? Does it mean that there will be a charge for the publication?

Submitted on June 10th, under review on June 17th, comments received on July 19th, minor revisions were made and a few experiments were added. Revised on September 11th, accepted on October 5th, and made online on November 3rd. The overall process was very friendly and fast. If it weren't for the delay caused by my own revisions, it would have been accepted in September.
