Hello, I would like to ask if it is necessary to submit code to submit to this journal.

New Year's Eve submission, sent to external reviewers for over a week, underwent major revisions for a little over a month, with four reviewers providing feedback - three minor revisions and one rejection. The deadline was set for two months. After carefully addressing the issues raised by the reviewer who rejected the submission, the others also made their best efforts to revise it. It took almost two months for the editing process to be completed and finally submitted. Three weeks later, the submission was accepted, taking a total of about four months. It was fortunate that there were no further minor or major revisions required. The editor was very meticulous, even sending an email to inform us that the article had been sent to the reviewers after the revisions were returned. It was the first time, and although a bit anxious, it was still considered a pleasant submission experience.
