The editors and reviewers were very responsible and diligent. One reviewer raised the same question three times, and I couldn't address their concerns. Finally, I had to modify the control law and conduct a new simulation to gain approval. In the last round, all the other reviewers agreed except for that one reviewer, so the editor still requested major revisions. After the final revision, both the reviewers and editor responded quickly.
