Under review, in lowercase, should be external review, while in uppercase, "Under Review" refers to internal editorial review. It seems that this system does not allow us to view the reviewers' comments during the review process. Once all reviews are completed, the Associate Editor (AE) will send an email to you with the reviewers' comments, or you can check the review comments on the system.

How can others understand if there are grammar errors? Don't assume that all Chinese people can understand your Chinglish just because they are reviewing it.
