After two weeks, I decided to transfer my submission to ACS Omega. After balancing the cost-effectiveness, I felt that it was not high, and I felt that it might be accepted in the second-tier journal. I decisively rejected the transfer and submitted it to JMR&T. It has been accepted and the publication fee is nearly halved, and it has also been upgraded to a top journal in the first-tier. Therefore, once I have determined something, I must have confidence and persistence.
