When I submitted, I used a single-column template, but I submitted in 2021, so I don't know if it has changed now. Besides, I don't know if it's just my bad luck or if the overall review process at TWC has slowed down recently. I've been submitting for almost two years and still haven't received an acceptance. The second review comments took almost a year, which really messes with my mindset.
