The person who rejected it the first time should still be there, so I need to convince them.

During the first review period, the process was slow mainly because the AE recommendation took two weeks. The second review was faster, with the reviewer taking one month for evaluation, but the AE delayed for another month for unknown reasons. I thought the delay of one month might result in rejection, so I was very happy when it was ultimately accepted!

Unified response:
1. The letter I previously submitted had only one reviewer dissatisfied after two rounds of revisions. The EIC requested a resubmission as a regular article on October 21, 2021. I submitted the expanded manuscript on November 17, 2021, and received a "Revision" decision on January 1, 2022 (6 weeks). It can be considered as being forced to submit as a regular article.
2. I suggest rejecting and resubmitting as a regular article without submitting a letter again. It is better to proceed with the regular article submission process, as the review speed is quite fast.

Congratulations, recently I submitted three articles and all of them were rejected. Each time, three people gave perfect opinions, one person gave a harsh criticism, and the editor rejected the manuscript for regular paper resubmission. The review letter was really difficult, as long as there is slightly more feedback from one person, even if it is not a rejection, the editor will still reject the manuscript for regular paper resubmission.

Submitted Letter, the review period is relatively short, and the first review comments came back in less than three weeks. There were two reviewers, and the editor's opinion was to revise and resubmit. Two weeks were given for revisions, with only one opportunity for modification, and it was stated that the next decision would have to be either Reject or Revise and Resubmit as a Regular Paper, and it would be the final decision. Compared to Regular Papers, the review comments for Letters are relatively simple. Due to the emphasis on innovation and timeliness, the review process is faster for Letters. There are four possible outcomes for the first review response of a Letter: 1) Accept, 2) Revise and Resubmit, 3) Revise and Resubmit as a Regular Paper, and 4) Reject. Hoping for a positive outcome.
