After two days, it changed back from "awaiting EIC decision" to "AE recommendation".

The first three articles were long essays, while this one is a news brief (initial submissions should not exceed 3 pages, and the number of articles of this type published each year is very limited). After two rounds of major revisions, each time taking a month in the hands of the Associate Editor (AE) before a decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief (EIC), the specific information is as follows:

- 18-Aug-2022: Submission
- 27-Oct-2022: Reviewed by 3 reviewers, with a total of 10 questions. Requires major revisions.
- 31-Oct-2022: Revised version submitted.
- 20-Dec-2022: Reviewed by 3 reviewers again. Partial acceptance, with 3 additional questions. Requires major revisions.
- 27-Dec-2022: Revised version submitted again.
- 02-Mar-2023: Accepted.

The assigned Indian editor A.K.R. of Nanchang Institute of Technology is very irresponsible, saying that the "previous version" was rejected due to formatting issues and a damaged PDF. I registered and submitted my paper for the first time on October 2nd. The administrator said I needed to use an institutional email. After making the necessary changes, the editor submitted it on the 13th, but it hasn't been reviewed yet. I don't know why reviewers rejected the previous version and I followed the template for editing. The administrator cannot submit the manuscript with formatting and PDF issues. Manuscripts should be in IEEE double column format, so that the length of the paper and readability of figures can be evaluated. It seems that the previous version of your manuscript was already rejected. It is very likely that reviewers were not able to understand your accomplishments. The PDF file generated by the Manuscript is corrupted and cannot be submitted for review.
