Brother, any recent news? Is it true that this journal only allows one chance for revision now?

Good schools in the country pay close attention to the CCF ranking when it comes to hiring faculty members. Articles from the top-tier computer science journals in the first zone are much better than those classified as CCF A. You can check the professors' websites in good schools to see if they specifically indicate whether their publications are classified as CCF A or CCF B.

Don't look at the impact factor of computer journals, go check the CCF recommended list. You will know whether it is difficult or not by trying. Most A-class computer journals have very low impact factors.
