Mine too. This situation lasted for a month. I sent an email to urge them and they gave me a rejection with the option to resubmit. I had four reviewers, three of them suggested minor revisions, while one required major revisions. In the end, the Associate Editor (AE) rejected my submission but asked me to primarily address the concerns raised by the fourth reviewer. This journal is really unpredictable, it depends on the AE. I feel like the overall level of the AEs is not very high. I have reviewed for this journal before, and as long as there weren't any major issues, they would accept the paper. Now, the process is really slow, and the quality of the AEs varies.
