The requirements are very high, and the review process is very long. Previously, I submitted a Full Paper, and it went through three rounds of reviews, taking nearly 20 months. However, the quality of the review comments is much higher than those of similar journals I have submitted to. Many of the comments show that the reviewers have deep insights into the relevant aspects. I sincerely thank the editor and the reviewers.
P.S. The classification of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is currently just for entertainment. Even the top journals in robotics are still in the second tier. I heard that there are still super top journals in mathematics and operations research in the third tier... Reputation is something that is known by everyone.

May I ask, in the status of TAC, does "Under review" mean it has been sent for external review? Or does it still remain in the editing and reviewing process? I am not sure if there is a difference between "Under review" and "Under Review" in the TAC status.

Why do many universities use this zone classification to evaluate researchers? If this continues, academia will become corrupted. I hope this issue receives attention.

After revision, the technical note was conditionally accepted after two and a half months. Both reviewers suggested acceptance with only one small question to answer. After further revision, it was finally accepted this month. Including the initial review, the entire process took less than a year and two months (including some significant delays from the authors during the revision period). The estimated publication date is one year after acceptance.
