I have been waiting for over a year now. At the 10-month mark, I received minor revisions after the initial review, with 3 positive comments. The editor's response was "potentially accept for publication". It has been six months since I made the revisions, but the status is still "under review". I contacted the editor once to inquire and was told they are waiting for a response from one of the reviewers. It's really slow, and I even saw a paper that took 3 years to be accepted. I'm getting a little anxious...
