If it can be submitted for review, it usually takes around 7 days to be reviewed, and approximately 15 days to receive the revised manuscript with comments. The status may change, but it cannot be seen on the homepage. You need to click on "instructions&Forms" at the top right corner of the homepage, and then the displayed page will show the actual status. Otherwise, it will always show "under review" on the homepage.
