Overall, the journal editors and reviewers are relatively responsible, providing many valuable and objective suggestions for revisions. The quality of the articles accepted by the journal is also guaranteed. However, the number of publications is relatively low, with only a few dozen articles per year.

The journal is classified as SCI Q4 and recommended as a C-class journal by CCF. But it has been excluded from the latest classification table by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and I don't know why. Personally, I believe that the CCF recommendation is more authoritative.

The speed of journal review is considered average in SCI Zone 4, and the quality is acceptable. The first review takes about one and a half months, while the second review takes one month, making the whole process of submission to acceptance approximately three and a half months. However, the only thing that bothers me is whether the website for submitting the paper was written by a programmer using their feet. It is broken and slow, and as a programmer myself, my experience with it is extremely poor!

It's a great journal, but it seems like not many people know about it. The three assigned reviewers are very meticulous. I'm not sure if it's because my writing skills are lacking, but on average, each reviewer provided 6 or 7 comments. The reviewers' opinions are very professional, with high expectations for theoretical derivation, constraints, and proofs of formulas. They have moderate expectations for the clarity of the article's expression, as long as it is readable. However, it still requires a thorough response, preferably addressing each comment individually instead of providing general summaries. Good luck, everyone!
