Mine too, I have been submitting for almost four months, but it is still under review. No one replies to my emails, I don't even know if I can submit to other places like this.

I initially didn't know how I came across this journal and submitted my paper. It has been 10 months now and I'm still waiting for an assigned editor. When I inquire about the progress, they say it's under review. They don't even respond to withdrawal emails. I don't know what to do anymore. I hope future friends will take note of this.
