I chose to submit my manuscript to this journal for the first time because I heard it was fast. The reviewers' reports were compiled in July, but I waited for over three months and the editor did not provide any results. I sent multiple emails to urge them, but it was of no use. They only said they were processing it as quickly as possible. Has anyone had a similar experience? Is there a problem somewhere? Is there a way to resolve this? If there is an issue with their system, I feel like I'm waiting in vain no matter how long I wait.

2021.5.10 - 2021.5.31: Received first round of revisions one month after submission, with two reviewers.
2021.6.20 - 2021.9.10: Received second round of comments, with two reviewers. Made minor revisions.
2021.9.27 - 2021.10.5: Accepted.
Overall, it was relatively satisfactory. The algorithm requires some innovation, the review process was slow, and the publication fee is somewhat expensive.
