On the same day of submission, the status changed to "under peer review." I was wondering how it happened so quickly. Then, after two months, the editor directly rejected the submission and sent an email saying that they had been overwhelmed with too many submission emails recently and didn't send it for external review either. Two months of time wasted like this.
