Our research group is engaged in the field of pain studies. We submitted our work on January 18th and received external review two days later. Around March 1st, we underwent major revisions due to the comprehensive feedback from three reviewers who raised more than 30 questions. We sent the revised version back on March 23rd, responding to the reviewers' comments with a 15-page document. On March 28th, we received a direct pre-acceptance.
