On April 11, 2022, temporarily rejected and resubmitted a long article.
On August 7, 2022, temporarily rejected and resubmitted a long article.
On January 9, 2023, accepted (long article), totaling 14 months.
There were two reviewers, one recommended acceptance in the first review, while the other was more strict in terms of writing. After repeatedly revising based on the reviewers' suggestions, it was finally accepted. Due to excessive modifications, it exceeded the 17-page limit and had to be trimmed down a bit.

I feel that some experts in the field of height excessively emphasize mathematical nature, purely emphasizing that the reasoning and assumptions of mathematical formulas must satisfy mathematical concepts, lacking recognition of the basic hardware system, and having a significant disconnect from the actual system. It is also unknown whether this is good or bad. For example, for vehicle systems, you cannot assume that their speed of motion has an upper limit because if you make such an assumption, it means the theory is incorrect and not rigorous.

I strongly suggest that some of my theoretical colleagues take a good look at your "rigorous assumptions" systems and then look at your "exquisite and accurate" controllers, and think about what these controllers are useful for?
