This journal is garbage, with an impact factor of 1 and yet it is in the second-tier. The Chinese Academy of Sciences is brainless. The behavior of this journal is extremely ugly. The review process has already ended, but they require payment of the review fee before giving any feedback. As soon as the fee is paid, they immediately reject the submission. All the reviewers' comments are positive, yet the rejection is baseless. This journal will eventually go down.

It's really too slow. At that time, I thought of saving myself some trouble and submitting to an easy-to-get-accepted journal. I didn't expect it to drag on for a whole year, and they even charged a page fee. If I had known earlier, I would have submitted to a journal in the third or fourth district with a faster speed. I submitted in April last year, and I still haven't seen it published until now.
