The fact that it has already been indexed does not affect it, it is still SCI. However, there should be no impact factor in June this year. If it is not indexed by Web of Science, you should be able to apply for withdrawal. I was stuck in the "Awaiting Reviewer Scores" status for two and a half months. Before the withdrawal, the status was still "Awaiting Reviewer Scores". I sent a withdrawal letter to the editor and they agreed to the withdrawal on the same day. The editor was very nice.
