Aims and Scope

Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology is produced 12 times per year and publishes peer-reviewed original papers, reviews and editorials concerned with clinical practice and research in the fields of hepatology, gastroenterology and endoscopy. Papers cover the medical, radiological, pathological, biochemical, physiological and historical aspects of the subject areas. All submitted papers are reviewed by at least two referees expert in the field of the submitted paper.

Super trash, waste of time. We submitted in March and received the first review after more than 2 to nearly 3 months. It was rejected. We carefully revised according to the suggestions and resubmitted on June 1st, including an explanation. However, on July 21st, we received an email rejection without any reason. It's absolutely disgusting. You can't see every step of the review process. You only see the final step when you come in. It's really garbage. I want to file a complaint via email.

Reject after 5 days, stating that the magazine has a rich source of submissions, with an acceptance rate of 10%. It is categorized as a Tier 3 journal, and the editor seems to have a rather high-handed attitude.
