This magazine should have a rejection process. In July 2020, I submitted an average article and received an email from the editor acknowledging receipt of the submission within 2 hours. After 3 weeks and 5 weeks, I sent emails inquiring about the progress, but received no response. In January 2021, I urgently needed to submit an article that had been rejected multiple times. I submitted it to the same magazine again and received an email confirming receipt of the manuscript within 2 hours. I replied with the manuscript ID to the editor and instantly received a reply. After 14 days, I sent an email to inquire about the status of the manuscript. The editor informed me that it had been sent for review, but the comments had not yet been received. However, the next day, the comments were received, including a plagiarism report, review comments, the modified manuscript, and an invoice. They requested major revisions, but the comments were mainly about formatting and adding similar literature references. They also asked me to have it edited by AJE, which cost 2000 euros. After one week, I sent the revised manuscript and proof of editing to them. Within 1 hour, they accepted it for publication. I asked the editor to send the bill through PayPal, which amounted to 530 euros (including a 30 euro PayPal fee). After making the payment, the editor immediately provided a DOI number. It seems like they didn't thoroughly review the revised manuscript... By the way, I would like to complain about AJE's editing service, as they mainly made changes to articles and singular/plural nouns.

The only SCI Quartile 4 journal in the field of electrochemistry, with a very fast review process. On the day of submission, I received an email from the editor stating that the paper was sent for review. After 17 days, I received the revised version with comments, mostly discussing inadequate discussions and formatting issues. I replied to each comment and sent the revised version back at 4 am on the 18th. In the afternoon of the 18th, I received an email from the editor accepting the paper. The publication fee is 500 euros, approximately 3400 RMB. Super fast!!! If you need a paper for graduation, you should consider this journal.
