The first round of review is fast, the second round is slower. The submission difficulty is not high, and it is suitable for those who are eager to graduate. The publication is a 4th quartile OA journal, with a fee of 300 euros, which is much cheaper than other open-access journals.

The editor handles things very quickly, and the publication fee is 300 euros, which is not particularly high. The review speed depends on the reviewers. For the first review, three reviewers are assigned, and even for the second review, although it only requires minor revisions, it is still reviewed by two of the reviewers. Overall, the editor is very responsible.
