My situation is similar to yours. We both have been "with editor" for a while, then we reminded them and entered "under review" status. However, no one seems to have received the manuscript for review, and it has remained in this state. The key question is, how did you contact the editor? I don't know who the editor is, and I don't have their email address either. I can only send emails to the Elsevier publisher through the email channel provided in the system.

I would like to ask, how long is the deadline for the editor to review the revised manuscript? It has been two weeks since my article was sent back for revision, and one of the reviewers has not completed the review yet. I am worried about having to invite a third reviewer again.
