be an approved Provider under the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 that:

provides residential care services
existed prior to 1 July 2022
is a body corporate; and

has received an invitation to apply from the department.

Description

The Grant Opportunity was announced as part of the Residential Aged Care Services and Sustainability – Reforming Residential Care Funding to Drive Better Care and a Viable System to help Residential Aged Care Providers (Providers) transition smoothly from the current ACFI funding model to the new AN-ACC funding model.

The Grant Opportunity is to assist Providers who may need financial support to adjust to the new funding arrangements under the AN-ACC without impacting on their ability to provide personal and clinical care to their residents.
