I have blacklisted the journal. I submitted the manuscript in early October and it took a month to get a response. They mentioned that there were formatting issues but did not specify where the problems were, so I had to guess and make the necessary changes myself. After fixing the formatting, I waited for another month without any updates from the editorial department. Then, I started urging them for a response and they finally took some action by assigning an editor to find a reviewer. However, they spent a month searching for a reviewer and claimed that they couldn't find one, so they directly rejected the manuscript. The topic of the article was related to the dynamics of gear transmission systems, which aligns with the journal's scope. This journal is incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible. I will never submit to them again. Please be cautious as they are extremely slow and have an arrogant attitude.

This journal was founded by Huazhong University of Science and Technology. It is a second-tier journal, but the formatting requirements are very tedious. It is not recommended to submit to this journal. I have been directly rejected by the editor twice, and both decision letters are the same, stating that my article format or content is inappropriate in one or more aspects. They suggest that I revise and resubmit after reviewing the instruction file. When I submitted for the second time, I made detailed modifications according to the instruction file, but my submission was rejected two weeks later, receiving the same decision letter. It was a very unpleasant submission experience.
